Shipping policy

At StudentH all orders are shipped directly from Canada.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 69 CAD. If you’d like your order to arrive sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the United States. We expect U.S. shipping to resume in 2026.

To stay informed and be the first to know when U.S. orders become available again, please subscribe to our newsletter using the form located on our home page.

If you did not receive a tracking link, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from StudentH. If you still can’t find your tracking link, contact support@mystudenth.com and we’ll resend your tracking details right away.

For order changes, please email support@mystudenth.com  as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships. 

Once your package has been processed by the shipping courier, changes can no longer be made.

As of October 20, 2025, StudentH does not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.
